What Do You Want To See Happen With Zoe on The Bold and the Beautiful?

“What would you like to see happen with Zoe?” is a question that’s taken on a whole new meaning in light of Kiara Barnes’ big news this week.

The actress announced that she was joining the cast of the primetime Fox series Fantasy Island, which will result in her having to depart her daytime gig. So, Soap Hub asked viewers what they’d like to see happen with her character. Read on for the results.

Zoe 2.0

Recasts can take getting used to, but 42% of you would like to see BB find a new Zoe. The show’s exercised this option before. Judith Baldwin originated the role of Beth Logan but soon, Nancy Burnett became the Logan matriarch. There have been four (!) actors (Clayton Norcross, Jeff Trachta, Winsor Harmon, and Ingo Rademacher) to play the part of Thorne.

Zoe is desperately trying to regain Carter’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) heart. If a new Zoe steps in, that story can continue as can Zoe’s dynamic with her sister, Paris (Diamond White).

Forrester International

Almost a third of you, about 29%, say that the character can be sent out of town and the role can be left open in case Barnes desires to return someday. BB viewers have seen this happen before, too. Hunter Tylo (ex-Taylor) has left the show a few times for various reasons only to return again and again. An easy out would be to send Zoe off to Forrester International to do some modeling overseas, leaving a door open for a possible return someday.

Dial “Z” For Murder

BB has been known to kill off characters so, it’s possible Zoe could go to the great soap in the sky, like 29% of you suspect. We feel the story of Vinny’s (Joe LoCicero) demise has some more twists coming up, so it’s doubtful that BB would do another death so soon.

However, anything’s possible in the world of soaps. Granted, there aren’t many characters who’d actually want Zoe dead, which is another reason the character dying isn’t likely.
