While children in real-life don’t grow up nearly as quickly as they do on soaps, they do age! The Bold and the Beautiful star Ashley Jones’s son Hayden is already going to school!
Ashley Jones: Teacher
Of course, he’s being homeschooled during the current coronavirus quarantine, so Jones took this opportunity to shoot a video of Hayden doing his classes. Currently, he’s learning how to trace numbers and letters, as you can see in the video below.
“Hayden invites you to his (very short) day of school🍎,” says Jones of her son, who is set to turn 4 next month! “He picks out his own wardrobe and curriculum. 🤷🏼♀️ Thx @odddotbooks for making it easier on me. Ideally K-2nd! #homeschoolinglife #odddotbooks #motherhoodjourney #motherhoodunplugged #toddlerlifestyle #quaranteam.”
Jones made her soap opera debut as Megan Dennison on YR in 1997. She juggled her work on the top-rated soap while attending Pepperdine University. Jones left the show in 2001. Next, she screen-tested for the role of Billie Reed on Days of our Lives, which went to Julie Pinson, but Jones was destined to return to soaps.
When BB was looking to recast the role of Bridget Forrester, Jones was cast in the part. She joined the half-hour sudser in 2004 and has played the role on and off ever since.
Most recently, Jones returned to the show for Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) reunion party — but the gala hit a big snag when Quinn (Rena Sofer) arranged for a video to be shown of Brooke locking lips with Bill (Don Diamont).
As Bridget’s a doctor, she can be called upon not only for family gatherings but also any medical dramas that arise. The Bold and the Beautiful airs classic episodes weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
