As viewers of soap opera history know, Storm Logan appeared in the first episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. The character went through many changes over the years and was played by three different actors – Ethan Wayne, Brian Patrick Clarke, and William deVry (now Julian on General Hospital).

Stormy Weather
After the Logan family patriarch, Stephen, walked out on the family, his son, Stephen Jr., AKA Storm, was left to help his mother Beth raise his three sisters — Brooke, Donna, and Katie. He worked hard and studied even harder to put himself through law school.

Storm was working on having his father declared legally dead, but word came that he was alive and living in Arizona. The senior Logan returned and reunited with Beth. Later, the Logan parents moved to Paris where Stephen accepted a job.

Legal Expertise
Storm took on Margo Lynley as a client. He helped her negotiate a financial agreement with her son Mark’s biological dad, Clarke Garrison. Storm agreed to become Mark’s godfather, and he showed a romantic interest in Caroline Spencer, Brooke’s friend, but she didn’t return his feelings.

Storm accepted a job in San Francisco but returned to check in on his sisters and reconnect with old high school classmate Dr. Taylor Hayes. Storm decked Ridge after the designer stuck his nose into Taylor’s love life, telling her that Storm wasn’t the man for her. Taylor broke things off with Storm, and he moved back to San Francisco, but he returned for Brooke’s weddings to Ridge.

Attorney At Large
Years later, Ridge reached out to his old rival to ask him to represent Taylor, who’d been charged with killing Darla Forrester with her car. He gave legal expertise to Donna, who thought she saw Stephanie cause Jackie’s fall off a Forrester balcony. Nick Marone hired Storm to help him hang onto control of Forrester Creations.

Storm also represented Brooke after Ridge and Stephanie tried to take custody of her children, R.J. and Hope. Storm played family patriarch at important events like Donna’s wedding to Thorne when he walked his baby sister down the aisle.

Ready, Aim, Fire
Storm cut loose with some unresolved feelings of anger towards his father after Stephen came back to Los Angeles. Despite that, Storm defended his father after he became a prime suspect in Stephanie’s shooting, but the shooter turned out to be Storm himself! Storm admitted he tried to off the Forrester matriarch for conspiring with the man who raped Brooke.

Stephanie pulled a fast one – if Donna agreed to leave Eric, she’d let both Logan men walk. It seems there was always a case for Storm to take on – like when Taylor need an attorney to help hang onto her son. Storm dated Ashley Abbott, but the relationship took a dark turn when he showed her the weapon he used to shoot Stephanie.

Storm’s Sacrifice
Storm accidentally shot Katie, who came upon a tense moment between her brother and Ashley. Realizing there was no donor to save Katie and that he’d be going off to jail, Storm shot himself in the head so that his heart would be given to his sister. Katie has had two visions of Storm urging her to live. Storm’s name was kept alive by his sisters who would speak of him fondly.

It’s A Girl!
An online DNA testing site showed that Storm was likely the biological dad of Florence “Flo” Fulton, courtesy of a short affair Storm had with Shauna, Flo’s mom, in Las Vegas. This was a relief since Bill Spenser was also a possibility but.considering his son Wyatt had dated Flo, that could have been a disaster.

The Logan women warmly embraced Flo into the fold only to be furious with her after it came to light that Storm’s daughter helped keep baby Beth from her mother (and cousin), Hope. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
