The Bold and the Beautiful star Kimberlin Brown recently asked for prayers to aid in the recovery of her beloved dog, Nahla, who’d been attacked by a coyote. Now, she’s sharing with her followers an update on her pet’s progress.
Good News For Kimberlin Brown
Great news! “Just picked up my baby girl Nahla from the hospital,” Brown shared on Instagram. “She’s beat up really bad but the doctor said she’s one heck of a fighter 🙂 Thank you for all of your prayers and well wishes ❤️ #dog #mansbestfriend #healing #love #family.”
“So happy she is improving,” posted @tammy6970, “she is so tiny but she looks like a fighter, continue praying for speedy recovery.”
Previously, Brown had stated that she has great faith in praying. “I do believe in the power of prayer,” Brown states. “We dropped her off at the vet last night. I pray that those doctors are guided with precision (she’s so small). #lovemydog #mansbestfriend.”
Sheila, Brown’s alter-ego, like Nahla, is a fighter. The naughty nurse had more than one knockdown, drag-out fight with nemesis Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) on YR and they brought the drama — and the brawls — over to BB in 1992.
Their first fight there was a battle royale. Lauren had discovered that Sheila was alive, having survived the house fire that presumably had taken her life. Upon learning that Sheila had ingratiated herself into the life of her friends, the Forresters, especially, Eric (John McCook), Lauren and Sheila went at it once more.
Sheila conked Lauren on the head with a glass vase and then joined Eric for a Forrester fashion show where she modeled a wedding gown for him. Lauren showed up with the police and Sheila was dragged away in order to face her punishment. Not exactly, though. Sheila only dreamed that battle with Lauren. She actually was able to keep her identity safe during Lauren’s visit to Los Angeles. The two women encountered each other for real back in Genoa City.
Soap Hub wishes Nahla a continued recovery. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
