The Bold and the Beautiful Star Kelly Kruger Reveals Her Funny Side

Kelly Kruger’s a household name among soap fans thanks to her runs as Mac on The Young and the Restless and Eva on The Bold and the Beautiful. Away from daytime drama, she’s testing out her funny bone with her family and was met with mixed results!

Kelly Kruger Makes ‘Em Laugh

“My confidence as a comedian has gone up significantly since becoming a mom,” the actress shared on Instagram. “I mean NOBODY laughs at my jokes like my daughter [Everleigh] does. @theedarinbrooks [Darin Brooks, Wyatt, BB] laughs at me but not at my jokes. At me. Ya know? Sooo I’m thinking I stick to working on dramas for now.

Kruger’s pals weighed in on her post. “Ahhhhh soooo cutttteeee,” posted Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy). Kruger wrote back in response: “love uuuu.”

“Totally agree!” says Ashley Jones (Bridget). “Hayden [Jones’ son] is the best audience!! 😆😆 gorgeous photo of you two.”

And it looks like Brooks does think his wife is pretty funny, choosing to respond with the trio of laughing emoticons: “😂😂😂.”

“Always keep kitchen scissors on hand when preparing meals,” posted @lisaramoslifecoach. “It’s easier & faster than using a knife.” Kruger replied: “oooh good one!!”

Kruger appears sporadically as Eva, BB’s international publicist, and in 2018, she popped back up as Mac on YR for a few episodes. She and Brooks met on the set of his nighttime show Blue Mountain State. They wed in 2016 and welcomed Everleigh in September 2019. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS.
