Karina Bowden The Bold and the Beautiful
During this worldwide quarantine, folks have to get creative in terms of exercise. The Bold and the Beautiful star Katrina Bowden donned a superhero movie costume and popped into a garage to showcase her latest workout routine.
Dressed as Watchmen character Silk Spectre, Bowden put a Skip-It on her ankle and did a workout routine to the hit song – Baby Got Back! “Sir Mix-a-lot + Silk Spectre,” Bowden posted. “The collab we didn’t know we needed…until now.
“I was Silk Spectre for Halloween maybe….oh man… 8 years ago and I saw the costume in a bin in my garage when I came down to workout today and said F it, there are no rules anymore,” Bowden added. “So enjoy. As comic book fans know, the character of Silk Spectre was created for the limited series Watchmen, which was written by Alan Moore. The limited series was drawn by Dave Gibbons. On-screen, Silk Spectre incarnations have been brought to life by actresses Malin Akerman, Carla Gugino, Haley Guiel, and Jean Smart.

Another great part of Bowden’s posts is that she’s interactive with her followers, often replying to posters who leave questions on her posts. “How long do you skip for?” asked @shaynedearing. Bowden replied: “20-30 mins.”
