Stars from The Bold and the Beautiful are on hiatus thanks to the coronavirus, but actors from the show are still finding ways of staying in touch with fans and people in their lives.
Katherine Kelly Lang Accepts Challenge
Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) shared that she recently accepted a challenge from Jane Seymour (Live and Let Die; Smallville) called the “open-hearted challenge,” which encourages individuals to make a positive change in people’s lives.
“What have I been doing that maybe has been helping people lately?” asked Lang. “Well, the last few weeks, I’ve been doing an afternoon meditation session with about 18 people on Zoom. We get on there for an hour, we just meditate, sending healing, positive, strong, wonderful energies to all of the local hospitals, doctors, nurses and staff and even patients to get through this time, safely and with health and with no stress.”
A Woman’s Best Friend
Sometimes, Lang works with a special assistant for her meditation sessions – her pooch Rafa! “This is Rafa and me after our morning meditation,” the actress said in an additional post. “I feel a beep sense of relaxation and so does Rafa😜Try it. It is a positive way to start the day. 🙏💖 I have been meditating with @jayshetty every morning and it makes a huge difference! #meditation #relaxation.”
Lang challenged five others to partake in the open-hearted challenge and invited them to share their stories — Katrina Bowden (Flo), Ashley Jones (Bridget), Courtney Hope (Sally), Annika Noelle (Hope), and her pal, Silvana Elmo.
Kudos to Lang for keeping a positive outlook during these challenging times and for doing her part in trying to make the situation better. If and when Lang’s pals follow through with their challenges, Soap Hub will report on what they have to say and do! The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
