Katherine Kelly Lang
Brooke Logan Forrester has always led with her heart on The Bold and the Beautiful, so it’s only fitting that her portrayer, Katherine Kelly Lang, would lend her support to the charity Open Hearts Foundation.
Lang, along with TV daughter, Ashley Jones (Bridget), attended the gala. “It was a great event raising money for @openheartsfoundation . Thanks @janeseymour for all that you do. Keep up the great work! @ashleyaubra , @dom472522 , and I had fun!

Per the Open Hearts Foundation website, the organization was founded in 2010 by Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman; Somewhere in Time) and actor/filmmaker James Keach (her now former husband).
The foundation has fulfilled Seymour’s dream of building a legacy dedicated to serving others and empowering people to turn adversity into opportunity, based on the open-hearted philosophy of Seymour’s late mother, Mieke Frankenberg, a World War II internment camp survivor.

The Open Hearts Foundation honors individuals with Open Heart Awards for charitable endeavors. Past recipients include Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry (X-Men), venture capitalist Sonja Perkins (Project Glimmer), and activist Susan Burton (A New Way of Life).
Lang, Jones, and Seymour have mutual friends. Alley Mills (Pam, BB) appeared on Seymour’s series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman as Marjorie Quinn, sister to Dr. Michaela Quinn (Seymour). Mills’ late husband, Orson Bean, played Loren Bray on the CBS nighttime western/medical drama. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
