Brooke has to figure out how to re-assemble the pieces of her life on The Bold and the Beautiful now that her relationship with Ridge is in shambles. Off-screen, Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke, is quite the expert of putting puzzles together.
Lang recently shared on Instagram that she and her boyfriend Dom Zoida have passed the time while staying at home by putting puzzles together. Finishing them not only completes the exercise, but it provides other pluses, too.
“One of the brain benefits of puzzles is that they increase the production of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood, memory, and concentration,” Lang shares. “Dopamine is released with every success as we solve the puzzle. Who else is doing puzzles during this time? Dom and I had so much fun with this puzzle. I forgot how much I like to do them.”
Lang and Zoida complete the puzzles, but they find them challenging. “It wasn’t easy,” she continues. “It took us 3 days and we spent a lot of time on it. But we are hooked. We are waiting for another puzzle in the mail.
“This landscape is Vernazza, a town located in the province of La Spezia, Liguria. It is one of the 5 towns that make up the Cinque Terre region in Italy.
