Vision boards can help get your thoughts organized and put you in the right creative mind to increase the odds of making your dream come true. In the video below, Wood shows you not only how to make a vision board (get some hairspray and glitter ready, along with glue and your favorite photos), but she also shares the final product of her own board, detailing her dreams for 2020, which may (or may not) include a new home and possibly a second baby!

A vision board, Wood says, can be a source of both “inspiration and motivation to keep you focused.” For 2020, Wood says it’s about the little accomplishments and also staying healthy and fit, getting organized, and staying organized! Speaking of being organized, Wood says she likes to map out her board into different sections — health, family, creative, and more!
