Kelly might be getting that sibling after all on The Bold and the Beautiful! Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy, is expecting her second child!
Another Baby For Jacqueline MacInnes Wood
The actress made the announcement on Instagram that she is pregnant and in her 23rd week. “Once you pop, the fun don’t stop! Round 2 Lego! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻#23weeks,” Wood posted to Instagram in a very entertaining video you must see below.
Pals of the actress have been leaving congratulatory messages for the expectant mama. “Congratulations!!!” wrote Melissa Ordway (Abby, The Young and the Restless). Added Lauralee Bell (Christine, YR): “Congrats 🎉.”
“I had a feeling when you went to ‘rehab’ and you kept wearing sweats you were hiding something,” posted @kaybev2. “I told my husband I bet she’s pregnant again.”
Viewers are going to have to stay tuned to find out whether or not Wood’s pregnancy will be written into the show. Currently, Steffy and onscreen beau Finn (Tanner Novlan) haven’t taken their relationship to a physically intimate level. And while Liam (Scott Clifton) still cares deeply for his ex, he’s also happily married to Hope (Annika Noelle).
Wood and husband Elan Ruspoli welcomed their first child, Rise Harlen, in March 2019. Wood won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series at the Daytime Emmys also in 2019.
Wood first joined BB in 2008 as the daughter or Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo). She took a brief break from the show in 2014 but has been a leading heroine on the half-hour soap for years. Steffy’s been paired onscreen with Liam, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Bill (Don Diamont), and, now, Finn.
Last year, Steffy made the heartbreaking decision to give her adopted daughter Phoebe back to Liam and Hope once it became clear that “Phoebe” was, in reality, Liam and Hope’s daughter Beth. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
