The Bold and the Beautiful star Hunter Tylo made her triumphant return to the show a year ago. And, now, the actress has an important message for her fans about her status with the CBS soap!
A fan of Tylo’s recently took to social media, dismayed over how the actress’ stories have played out. Fortunately, Tylo responded, assuring her followers that she’s away from the show right now, but has taken on an exciting new endeavor.
“I am on a travel sabbatical in my studies of art,” Tylo posted. “I’m creating glass art chandeliers currently!” The best news of all is that Tylo says she’ll be back on screen in the future. “Taylor will be back to light your way,” she said.
In the year that Tylo’s been back as Hunter, viewers have learned that she was the one who plugged lead into Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Her motive? Taylor didn’t care for how Bill was treating her daughter, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Taylor got a pass when Bill decided not to press charges, but that hasn’t stopped her from trying to champion and look out for her daughter. Taylor’s also gotten into a cake fight with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), grown closer to ex-husband Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and welcomed home son Thomas (Matthew Atkinson).
Tylo first joined B&B in 1990 as the doctor of Caroline Spencer (Joanna Johnson). She became romantically involved with her widower Ridge and the Brooke/Ridge/Taylor triangle took center stage on B&B for most of the 1990s.
Taylor has “died” twice on B&B. The first time in 1994, the second in 2002. Both times, she turned out to be alive and well and was kept from her family as the “guest” of Prince Omar (Kabir Bedi) of Morocco. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
