Gyms in Los Angeles have shut down, but The Bold and the Beautiful star Don Diamont has found a way in which he and his sons can still exercise their muscles and burn off some calories while maintaining social distancing. Added bonus? Plenty of sunshine!
Don Diamont Takes Much Needed Break
“We have of course been staying home,” Diamont posted on social media, referring to California’s order for people to not go out to bring down coronavirus statistics, “so we were especially grateful to receive an invite from our dear friends to spend a couple of afternoon hours yesterday on what is basically their private beach in Malibu.
“There wasn’t a soul on the sand but us, so given that it was Workout Wednesday we had a blast with a training change of pace that consisted of frisbee, Spike Ball, dancing, and the best part……LAUGHING! Praying for all of us to have a return to something that resembles normalcy in the not too distant future! 🙏🏻💪🏻🌎❤️”
“It’s so comforting to see people laughing and having a good time with their family outside in beautiful weather,” wrote loril823 on Diamont’s post. “Especially now with all the suffering and sadness that we see and hear everyday. You are truly BLESSED !! Hopefully we are can all do this very soon. Stay healthy and safe !!”
Diamont detailed what it’s been like raising seven sons in his 2018 memoir, titled My Seven Sons and How We Raised Each Other: (They Only Drive Me Crazy 30% of the Time).
Recently, his BB character Bill’s exercise included back-pedaling once Quinn (Rena Sofer) exposed to everyone his kiss with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), which resulted in some serious drama unfolding!
