Now, the actress wants you to be in the best shape of your life, too! The actress has launched a new project to connect with her followers and show them fitness routines!

Hope, who plays fan favorite Sally Spectra, tweeted that she has a new YouTube channel where she’ll share the latest in fitness, health, wellness tips, and much more!

A champion of physical fitness, Hope has been shown on-air working out as Sally and her boyfriend Wyatt (Darin Brooks) engage in physical activity – and not just the romantic kind!
