The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, November 16 promise a day of surprises–along with shocking wedding plans.

Quinn’s Call to Katie Worries Eric!
Eric (John McCook) knows his wife had some insecurities about him spending time with Katie (Heather Tom), but he had no idea how deep her jealousy ran.

It’s not until he gets a call from Katie that he realizes Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) jealous streak is more troubling than he thought. He tries to understand Quinn’s side. They are newlyweds and Quinn’s track history with men being faithful isn’t exactly stellar.

Does Eric Have the Patience for Quinn’s Insecurities?
However, he can’t help but wonder if there’s more going on. He loves Quinn with all his heart, but will his love be enough to appease her?

He wants her to feel secure in their marriage, but he also shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells for her to feel like she’s the only woman in his world.

Bill Asks Brooke to Elope!
Meanwhile, Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) torn about her future when Bill (Don Diamont) springs the ultimate surprise on her. He wants to pack a bag and hop on a plane so they can elope. He hopes his romantic intentions will sweep her off her feet and she’ll finally become his bride.

As much as Brooke can’t wait to become the next Mrs. Spencer, she doesn’t want to rush anything. RJ (Anthony Turpel) still hasn’t come around, and she wouldn’t want to do anything to upset the boy. She wants to make sure when they say their I Do’s it’s at the right time for everyone.
