The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Thursday, April 26 reveal baby drama bringing Steffy and Liam back together.

Ridge and Hope Face Off
Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) inner papa bears goes into full swing and he turns his attention to Hope!

He has a few choice words for his meddling step-daughter with every intention of putting Hope (Annika Noelle) in her place. He warns her to stay out of Steffy’s life and keep her hands off Liam!

Hope Stands Her Ground
Ridge may think he’s a scary man but Hope isn’t the least bit intimidated. She’s kissed Liam (Scott Clifton) enough times since coming home to know exactly where she stands. Liam wants her back and it’s only a matter of time before true love prevails.

Meanwhile, Liam meets up with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for their latest ultrasound.

The ex-couple get nice and cozy as they prepare to see their baby girl. However, a day that was supposed to be full of sunshine and roses quickly develops a dark cloud.

A Shocking Turn
The appointment comes to a halt and Dr. Philips (Robin Givens) sits the parents-to-be down to break some terrible news.

There are complications with the pregnancy and things are looking pretty grim. She wants them to be well aware Steffy and the baby could be in big trouble!

The news throws Steffy and Liam through a loop and all they can do is comfort each other and pray for a happy ending.

It’s a lot to take in and almost too much to process. The emergency does serve one positive purpose – it brings the couple closer together. They need one another now more than ever.
