Soaps have been known to celebrate holidays including the 4th of July, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, but they don’t really celebrate April Fool’s Day, which could hardly be considered a “holiday” anyway. However, The Bold and the Beautiful recently released a series of scenes showing that the cast is filled with some funny folks!
The Bold and the Beautiful Has Fun
“The best way to spend April Fools’ Day? Watching #BoldandBeautiful bloopers, of course!” read the show’s official Twitter account.
The series of scenes show cast members Scott Clifton (Liam), Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Annika Noelle (Liam), and Tanner Novlan (Finn) taping scenes. The video’s hilarious to watch as the actors flub a line here and there (and there), showing just how much fun they all have in between creating the heavy drama that viewers love to see!

“Love this. You guys should really post more of these,” posted @SoapFanIVLife. “Especially for us fans that get sooooo caught up in the drama and the wars. This is a nice reminder to not take it so seriously.”
While soaps are traditionally all about the drama, there have been comic relief characters on them over the years. On BB, Darla Einstein (Schae Harrison) had a comical innocence to her, prompting Saul (Michael Fox) to vent his frustrations. Also, BB cast legendary comedienne Phyllis Diller as Gladys, a beautician who helped Taylor (Hunter Tylo) with a disguise. Later, Gladys hung out with the Spectra gang for a while.
