The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: A Failure To Resist Temptation

The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for May 3-7, 2021, features Carter and Quinn unable to keep their hands off one another, and the pair facing the consequences of their actions.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps Highlight

Though Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) initially feel no shame in having spent the night together, they’re quickly shamed when Quinn receives a text message from Zoe (Kiara Barnes) who’s wondering whether or not Quinn has made progress in convincing Carter to take her back. However, the self-recrimination doesn’t preclude the pair from engaging in yet another act of passion.

Questions and Answers

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), and Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) discussed Vinny (Joe LoCicero), and concluded that Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) was giving Vinny a personal tour of heaven.

Later, at Ridge’s prodding, Thomas finished editing the video tribute for his slain friend and disseminated it via email. Chief Baker (Dan Martin) swung by the fashion house in order to ask Thomas a number of pointed questions about Vinny and to wonder if Thomas might have a strong enough motive to kill him. Ridge, as is his won’t, stepped in and defended his son from what he considered a personal attack.

Cold Light of Day

Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam’s (Scott Clifton) reconciliatory mood was marred by the receival of Thomas’s video and the strong reaction Liam had to viewing it. Luckily for Liam, Hope misinterpreted his near breakdown as guilt stemming from his having wished Vinny dead.

Suspicions Mount

Bill (Don Diamont) is delighted to learn from his eldest that he has been invited back into the family home, but he remains concerned that Liam still hasn’t come to terms with the role he played in Vinny’s death.

Wyatt (Darin Brooks) happens upon the scene, and when he doesn’t receive a satisfactory answer as to why his father and brother appear to be engaging in an argument, he grows frustrated with being the odd man out.

Girl Talk

Quinn confided her affair to Shauna (Denise Richards), who in turn castigated her friend for betraying her marriage vows. Then talk turned to the identity of Quinn’s mystery lover. Shauna was shocked to learn that it was Carter, and Quinn insisted to her friend that she wasn’t about to let her indiscretion ruin her marriage.

Exes and Oh’s

Ridge filled Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) in on Eric (Joh McCook) and Quinn’s marital woes. Despite having no sympathy for Quinn, Brooke took great pains to offer her support to Eric when he himself confirmed what Ridge shared. Against her better judgment, Brooke pushed Eric to make a real effort where his wife was concerned.

The elder Forrester returned home and caught the tail end of Quinn and Shauna’s conversation. When he wondered if something untoward happened during his absence, Shauna covered for Quinn.

Hand Off, Hands On

While Zoe sang Quinn’s praises to an unimpressed Paris (Diamond White), the woman receiving the laudits made her way to Carter’s apartment, ostensibly to beg him to keep their secret.

Instead, the two wound up giving in to their basic instincts and retired to Carter’s bedroom. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
