The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 9-13, 2020, features Hope and Steffy making some dangerous concessions, and Zoe getting in over her head.
If there’s any truth to the adage “past is prologue” then Liam (Scott Clifton) & Co. are in for some serious trouble where Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is concerned. But the only way to move forward requires the removal of the blinders that Hope (Annika Noelle) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are currently donning.
And that is apparently easier said than done. Neither of the women seems particularly bothered by the fact that Thomas has a life-sized replica of Hope sharing his home. Sure, Hope granted that the tribute was “kind of” creepy. And she admitted that Liam’s revelation “gave [her] pause.”
But now she’s totally cool with it. In fact, she’s impressed by her waxwork doppelganger and she’s convinced that it will provide Thomas a healthy outlet and serve as a conduit to help him unleash something that he’s had inside of him all along.
Sweet, innocent, naïve Hope is sure that that “something” is exceptional designs. Contrarily, it seems that it’s actually Thomas’s homicidal impulses. That dummy REALLY hates Liam. And it’s tried on numerous occasions to sway Thomas into embracing his inner Michael Myers.
Luckily for all involved, Thomas has resisted. But he’s beginning to get worn down. And the promised world without a flip-flopping Liam in it is starting to sound really, really pleasant.
Will she or won’t she? Yes…or no? Zoe (Kiara Barnes) had but two options when Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) proposed marriage – after…what?…maybe six weeks of an actual courtship? She, of course, said yes. And she actually seemed pleased with her decision.
But there’s still the matter of a big Zende (Delon De Metz) problem that Zoe’s going to have to deal with. She came this close to letting Carter down in order to explore a future with the attractive man she met five or so days ago…and that’s not a good start to any engagement.
Steffy: “I’m not making excuses for Thomas or minimizing what he’s done. I was one of his victims. We all were. But he didn’t get off scot-free. His actions cost him a lot.” Um…did they? What price did Thomas pay EXACTLY? He couldn’t go into Forrester Creations for a hot minute? He got told his family was disappointed in him?
Boohoo. Call us when there’s been real justice served for Emma’s (Nia Sioux) murder – and yes, it was indeed murder – and Thomas is behind bars where he belongs. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
