The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Wednesday, August 1 features a determined Steffy mapping out her future with Kelly, and it was a shocking plan. Bill and Liam were not included!
Falling Flat
At the beach house, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Liam (Scott Clifton) continued clashing. Ridge has been in Liam’s shoes and pushed him to make things right.
To save Steffy from herself and Kelly from a life with Bill. They both know marrying Bill is a big mistake and will change everyone’s lives forever.
Dreams For the Future
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope (Annika Noelle) discussed how good the marriage would be for all of them.
If Steffy says “I Do” there will be no going back and it would free up Liam once and for all. Hope and Liam could finally have the life they deserve and be able to let go of their guilt over their dressing room kiss.
Opposing Teams
Later, tensions rose when Ridge came home and he and Brooke faced off. They’ve been on opposite sides of the fence since the beginning and it all came to a head.
Brooke pushed her husband to back Steffy. Which caused another war between them. Ridge is scared for his daughter’s future and is beginning to realize Brooke is only out for her family.
Will Love Win?
At the same time, Hope found Liam at the Beach House and tried to console his broken heart. She knows he still loves Steffy and the thought of her marrying his father is devastating.

Steffy Chose Herself!
Over at the Spencer mansion, Bill (Don Diamont) got the shock of his life when he tried to push Steffy into a quick wedding.
Steffy knows Bill was right about Liam never being able to stay faithful, but walking down the aisle with another man isn’t the answer. She deserves a better life but not one that comes with the Spencer name.
Instead of donning a wedding dress, Steffy decided a different fate. She took off the sword necklace, handed it back to Bill, and chose herself instead. She wants to make her own way in this world and make her daughter proud.
Bill was so floored he signed over the FC shares as a gesture of love and wished her the best in her future. Steffy’s now her own woman and plans to make the most of every second.
