The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, September 2, 2020 features Thomas pushing the envelope, Hope having fun playing house, and Steffy spiraling downhill fast.
It was Hope’s (Annika Noelle) turn to fold laundry for hours on end. She was happy to do it, especially since the cabin was full of so much joy. Douglas, Kelly, and Beth were having a great time. So much so, Kelly asked to spend the night.
Well, Hope didn’t see why not. This was Kelly’s home too, after all. However, Liam (Scott Clifton) put Hope in her place. As fun as it was to have Kelly over, Steffy needed to have a say in all decisions before anything was ever discussed with their kid.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was moping around the house. That’s how Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) found her. He took it to mean Steffy was lonely and mourning her old life with Liam (Scott Clifton). Steffy admitted she would never quite be over her ex, but was adamant she was in physical pain and not emotional pain.
She proved her brother right after he left. Thomas was no sooner out the door than she called Liam to get an ETA on Kelly. Hope answered the phone and asked if the kiddo could have another sleepover. Steffy did her best to keep things light on the phone but hearing her daughter wanted to be with daddy was devastating.
Once Steffy hung up the phone she made a dangerous decision. She grabbed her pills, took a beer from the fridge, and had herself a pity party. She swallowed her meds and chased it with alcohol as she cried about the life she should have had. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
