The Bold and the Beautiful recap for March 1-5, 2021, features Brooke learning that acceptance is key, and Zoe realizing that sometimes saying, “I’m sorry,” just isn’t enough.
With Wyatt’s (Darin Brooks) plea still ringing in her ear, Katie (Heather Tom) summoned Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and made a case for welcoming Flo (Katrina Bowden) into the family fold. After all, that’s what dear, dead Stormy would want.
Donna quickly sided with her little sister, but Brooke was a hard sell. How exactly was she supposed to get over what Flo did to her daughter? Chances are, she probably won’t. However, after mulling over the request, Brooke finally decided that she could indeed accept Flo.
In response, Katie excitedly phoned Flo, invited her over to the design house, and shared the good news. Flo, for her part, promised to make her father proud – by being the best Logan woman she can possibly be.
Later, Katie floated the idea of hiring Flo at Forrester Creations. Though it went over just about as well as she expected, her sisters did eventually agree…and they even managed to get Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) on board.
Another call was placed to Flo, another family pow-wow was arranged, and in no time flat, Flo was signing papers in HR.
Vinny (Joe LoCicero) continued to insist that he didn’t tamper with Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test, but Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) didn’t put much stock in his friend’s word.
And he was left especially suspicious after Vinny took to insulting Finn (Tanner Novlan). By happenstance, Finn wound up running into Vinny at the hospital – and he was taken aback by the hostility radiating from the lab tech.
Try as she might, Zoe (Kiara Barnes) just couldn’t seem to convince Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) that her contrition was genuine. After deciding that drastic measures were necessary, she let herself into his apartment, and arranged a romantic interlude…but Carter was most definitely not in a receptive mood.
When pressed, Carter admitted that he just couldn’t get over the fact that Zoe had set her sights on another man – a man who just so happened to be a good friend of his. Zoe begged and pleaded for another chance, and she wondered aloud whether or not Carter could ever see himself forgiving her and welcoming her back into his life.
Meanwhile, Zende (Delon de Metz) treated Paris (Diamond White) to a lavish (catered) dinner at the Forrester estate and a couture gown designed especially for her.
Upon learning that Katie had seen fit to forgive Flo, Bill (Don Diamont) wondered if she could possibly do the same for him. Though she wasn’t quite prepared to do that, Katie did concede that she’d like to start spending more time with her ex…especially in the company of their son.
