The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, March 9, 2020, features Bill and Brooke being naughty, Thomas keeping up appearances, and Liam being as oblivious as always.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was all apologies for her part in the staged kiss. Yes, she let her brother manipulate her. Yep, she’s learned her lesson. Of course, she will never do it again. She even pushed Hope (Annika Noelle) to forgive Liam (Scott Clifton) and get back to their old life as a family – with Beth AND Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri).
Liam took Steffy’s speech as a cue to propose again. Why not make it official right then and there in the house of his first family? Liam didn’t get down on one knee but he did ask Hope to marry him and she said yes. Neither cared Steffy was standing right there.
Meanwhile, Shauna (Denise Richards) paid a visit to the office to test the waters with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). She asked about the wedding, his future with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and what he really wanted for himself. He kept himself on the straight and narrow and changed the conversation every time she got flirty. It was more than we can say for his wife.
Brooke got to the cottage and relieved Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) of his babysitting duties and got comfortable. She was not alone long, though. Bill (Don Diamont) stopped by to check on everyone and see how she was doing. He was glad to find her alone. They talked, she cried a little. (What’s new?) and after a comforting embrace, she went after her sister’s man. (Again, what’s new?)
Sadly, Bill fell for advances and leaned in for the kiss as well. They made out in her daughter’s living room without a care in the world. It was a bad move, especially since someone (we don’t know who yet) was lurking outside and saw everything.
As for Thomas, he retired to the bedroom to call Vinny and brag about how things were falling into place. Zoe (Kiara Barnes) overheard a bit too much but Thomas was smooth and had an excuse for everything, as he always does. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
