The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Karma Came For Thomas

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 23, 2019, features a shocking showdown ending in possible tragedy. Thomas finally paid for his crimes, but in a way you never saw coming!

It’s Over!
Hope (Annika Noelle) went to the main house to check in before heading off to Steffy’s. She told Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) about the annulment and Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) reaction. Ridge and Brooke worried it would push Thomas over the edge.

Bad Dad!
Their worries were all but confirmed by Amelia (Nicola Posener). The nanny burst into the house and told them she heard from Thomas and took Douglas to see him. Ridge ordered to turn around and get his grandson!

Sweet little Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) went over and above to get through to his dad. He broke down and begged for his old dad back, the nice dad. Thomas was different now and Douglas missed who he used to be.

Hearing his little boy’s pleas seemed to get through to Thomas, but only for a minute. He shared a touching moment with his boy before manipulating him once again. He got Douglas to tell him where Hope was and Thomas took off the second Amelia arrived.

Thomas Went Too Far
Ridge got to Victor’s apartment mere minutes too late. Thankfully, Douglas spoke up and told them where his dad was. Ridge called Brooke and they both hopped in their cars and rushed to the cliff house.

Poor Hope got the fright of her life when Thomas showed up at Steffy’s home. She told him to leave but he refused. Thomas was determined to talk to her, explain his side, and gain her trust again. Well, that was definitely not going to happen. Hope tried to run out the front door but Thomas grabbed her.

Brooke Saved The Day!
Hope managed to get out the back door and tried running for her car. Unfortunately, Thomas right behind her and caught her again. Only this time, they did not notice they were not alone. Brooke came between them and tried to break up the scuffle.

When Thomas reached out to grab Hope again, Brooke pushed him. In a tragic twist, Thomas flipped over the side of the cliff and crashed down on the sandy beach below. Ridge arrived just in time to see his son fall and could not do anything to save him. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
