The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, September 3 features Katie’s fears over heading to court and Hope’s crippling horror she may be losing her baby!
An Afternoon of Romance
Katie (Heather Tom) and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) spent an afternoon alone (Will was over at a sleepover) discussing their custody strategy.
Katie hopes Bill (Don Diamont) will settle out of court but Thorne’s not so sure. He wants his girlfriend to fight to the finish.
The discussion led to Katie to spill some serious feelings about Thorne. Her last relationships were with men who weren’t exactly great for her, but she finally feels at peace. He’s the right guy, at the right time, and fits right into her little family.
The two ended up in Katie’s bed for some afternoon delights. While the word “love” wasn’t used, the romance is heating up and Katie’s clearly falling for Thorne.
Good News, Bad News
Meanwhile, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam (Scott Clifton) were overjoyed when Kelly’s fever completely broke and they knew she’d be okay. But, Liam’s happiness didn’t last long. He got a dreadful call from Hope (Annika Noelle) and rushed to the hospital.
Steffy stayed behind to care for the baby and even had two surprise visitors pop by. Sally (Courtney Hope) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) came calling to invite Steffy to the Bikini Bar for some impromptu Labor Day celebrations.
However, their plans came crashing down when Steffy broke the news that the newlyweds were at the hospital.
Spencer Baby Drama!
In the exam room, the couple did their best to keep their cool but were in a panic.
Things went from bad to worse when the doctor arrived. The doc had no problem seeing the baby on the ultrasound screen but was unable to locate a heartbeat, at least not yet.
