The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, February 25, 2020, features Brooke being as snooty as ever, Thomas pulling off another scheme, and Hope going to an oddly dark place.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
The engagement party wrapped up but the drama was just beginning. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) made a wild production of showing her disdain for the new couple and their fast-paced romance. She warned Zoe (Kiara Barnes) it was all a sham, went at Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) about his son’s scamming, and got under Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) with her snide remarks.
Zoe stood her ground, though. She was convinced Thomas loves her. She is wearing his ring, after all. She put Brooke in her place before going upstairs to join her man.
Hope Lost It
At the same time, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope (Annika Noelle) went at him about the terribly inappropriate way he was handling Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). Thomas was acting like the good guy dad but he was deliberately causing problems every step of the way. He even referred to Zoe as “Mommy Zoe” to get a rise out of the little boy. It worked and Hope was furious.
Thomas then made another big play when he left Hope to call Vinny (who also called him out) and set up a romantic evening for his pretend bride-to-be. The scene was set with candles and an air of romance but it was all a sham.
A Bombshell Move
Thomas made sure to be loud and proud while flirting, undressing, and taking Zoe to bed. They were loud enough for Hope to hear a little too much and it caused her to have a full-on meltdown. She busted down his bedroom door to confront the love birds about their obnoxious behavior.
Of course, she came off as quite the loon. (Who interrupts an engaged couple in their own bed?. This was exactly what Thomas wanted. He and Zoe made it clear Hope was in the wrong. How dare she walk in on them? And, how dare she act this foolish when she turned down Thomas countless times.
Make A Decision
Thomas made it clear Hope had to make up her mind once and for all. Her jealousy spoke volumes. Does she want him? Does she want a family with him? If so, she needs to say something. If not, it’s time she let him move on. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
