The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, August 31, 2020, features Bill chasing his dreams, Shauna living her best life, and Carter getting a date.
At the Logan house, Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) moping to Donna (Jennifer Gareis) was cut short when Bill (Don Diamont) stormed through the door. He had something to say to Brooke. Donna left the room and Dollar Bill stated his case. It was over with her and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and very much over with himself and Katie (Heather Tom). So, the obvious solution (at least to him) was to rekindle their romance.
Brooke was so shocked she didn’t quite know what to say. Their kiss ruined lives and no one would be happy for a while. Bill pushed harder than ever and asked her to get back on the stallion and ride into their future.
Meanwhile, Ridge paid Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) a visit and gave her the rundown. His and Brooke’s reunion “didn’t take.” He wanted a woman who would accept him, be there for him, and love only him. Steffy was stunned but understood.
No sooner did Ridge leave than Steffy felt a twinge of pain and popped a pill. The prescription bottle was already looking a little empty.
Back at the Forrester mansion, Flo (Katrina Bowden) was treated to the news as Shauna (Denise Richards) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) bragged about getting Brooke out of the picture. Ridge was all Shauna’s and she was truly the newest Forrester bride.
After Flo left, the hens were cackling. Quinn was just thrilled to have a hand in the breakdown. Shauna still felt guilty but promised to push it all down. She had a man to take care of now.
When Ridge came home, Shauna put on her best wife face and got to work. She promised to be the best partner ever and spend every moment making sure he got the treatment he deserved.
Meanwhile, Zoe (Kiara Barnes) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) flirted it up in the design office. He asked her out for lunch and she agreed to go. Don’t worry, this isn’t a date or any pressure, Carter said. He already ordered the food and simply did not want to eat alone. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
