The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 25-29, 2019, features an unforgiving Ridge calling his marriage quits — and moving on rather quickly — and Thomas continuing to prove his need for real psychological healing.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is a particular kind of soap opera character — the hypocrite. He’s totally fine with the fact that Thomas’ (Matthew Atkinson) actions resulted in the death of a young woman. In fact, he was willing and able to cover up that little oopsy-daisy.

He’s also barely phased by the fact that Thomas used the custody of his son as a bargaining chip to elicit sex from his stepsister. He also doesn’t care that the man chased her throughout the length of the company HQ with less-than-savory intentions on his mind.

But the fact that Hope (Annika Noelle) defended herself — by shoving him into what was assumed to be a big ol’ tub of acid — and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) first thought was to keep mum about the incident, proved to be the two things a very understanding Ridge just can’t wrap his head around.

He also doesn’t care that Brooke had a change of heart and realized she couldn’t go through with the lie. No, that apparently made it all the worse. And since he can’t seem to figure out the fact that his son is a few Fruit Loops short of a full box — and that EVERYONE in the family should fear him — Ridge has decided that he and his wifey have to call it quits.

And just like that, “Bridge” is raised and Ridge is canoodling with Shauna “Slut from the Desert” Fulton (Denise Richards) openly on the Forrester living room couch after pronouncing how happy he is that she came into his life.

More Manipulation

Meanwhile, Thomas was hopeful that Hope has learned her lesson. After all, he only pretended to be dead for a day so she would realize that even the best of people can make a bad decision. And there’s also no hard feelings, he promised.

In fact, he still intended to let the custody papers stand. He wants her to be a mother to Douglas and he won’t let a little thing like her covering up what she thought was his murder stand in the way of their co-parenting that little angel.

Thank God that Hope has people like Brooke and Liam (Scott Clifton) in her corner to point out how manipulative Thomas’ actions are. Speaking of Liam, say what you will about his wishy-washy ways but the dude really stepped up for his wife.

In fact, when Hope explained the situation surrounding Thomas, his fall, presumed death and return, Liam actually shrugged his shoulders as said, “Oh, well that’s fine then.” Agreed Liam. No harm, no foul. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
