The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Bill Makes A Devastating Choice!

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, August 23 features Bill making some pretty devastating choices.

Bill’s Obligations
Bill (Don Diamont) opened up to Justin about trying to earn back his sons’ respect, starting with Will (Finnegan George). He said that he already felt he lost out on Liam and Wyatt, and didn’t want to make the same mistake with his youngest son.

But just as he was ready to leave to pick up Will, Justin informed him that he had a last-minute meeting with the Asian Consortium and couldn’t miss it. Bill protested, but Justin finally convinced him to reschedule his time with a very-excited Will.

When he called Katie (Heather Tom) to tell her what was going on, she fumed that she wasn’t surprised and hung up the phone.

Thorne Made A Suggestion
Thorne had a meeting with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and told him that Bill was failing, miserably, as a father. He said that while Will was excited to hang out with his father, Katie had a record of all the times that Bill missed his custody obligations.

Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) then shared his concerns with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who said that if Katie wanted to move for sole custody, she had a strong case.

Ridge failed to remind Thorne that the last time he got too far into Bill’s business, he was tossed out of a helicopter.

After Brooke told Ridge that she appreciated him for supporting Liam and Hope, Ridge told Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) about what was going on with Katie. He said that while he was concerned about Katie’s potential move for sole custody, he knew that Will needed a good father figure in his life.
