The Bold and the Beautiful recap (BB) for Friday, July 20 focuses on Bill’s unrelenting pursuit of love and Emma suffering a crushing blow when Hope’s fashion show takes center stage.
It’s All About Fashion
It’s HFTF relaunch day and everyone who’s anyone flooded into the venue, including a few surprise visitors. Justin (Aaron D. Spears) was on the scene, claiming to support his niece but that wasn’t the real reason for his presence.
Meddling Zoe (Kiara Barnes) was also in attendance, but she was hiding backstage hoping to see some action.
The HFTF team hustle as Hope (Annika Noelle) perfected every last detail and the model/dancers take the stage. Emma’s (Nia Sioux) opening routine went off without a hitch and added a bit of fun to the runway.
She and Xander (Adain Bradley) celebrated her success but it wasn’t long before things went wrong.
Zoe Stole The Show!
The showstopper model got hurt and the team had to search for someone to take her place. As it turns out, Zoe was just the right fit to don the gown and take the outfit to the stage.
Emma and her crew gave a great performance in their final routine but the dancer got quite the shock when she saw the new model. There was Zoe, in all her glory, stealing everyone’s thunder!
Backstage, Xander, Thorne (Ingo Rademacher), and Sally (Courtney Hope) were also in shock. They thought they got rid of Zoe, yet there she was giving a mini interview with their boss. It seems she’s sneakier than they thought.
Caught On Tape
Later, when all was said and done Liam and Hope took a minute to themselves. The excitement and relief led to a loving embrace which, of course, was photographed by Justin.
Bill Shook Up Steffy’s World
Back at the cliff house, Bill (Don Diamont) took another shot at getting through to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) but she wasn’t budging. She didn’t believe for one second Liam (Scott Clifton) would hurt her. Well, at least until Bill showed her a picture of Hope in his arms.
Steffy was in shock and realized that Liam will never be over his ex. Bill warned her to give up now before she gets in any deeper. He begged her to shove Liam aside and marry him instead.
