The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 16-20, 2020, features the continued haunting of Thomas Forrester, Quinn fighting for man, and more.
In a case of one step forward, two steps back, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) made peace with Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) but he continued to be haunted by the waxen Hope (Annika Noelle) figure…who now moves of its accord!
The whole thing is creepy and kooky, mysteriously spooky. But it also imbues Thomas with the confidence to invite Hope and Douglas over to the apartment for some quality family time. So…yay?
Meanwhile, Liam (Scott Clifton) continued on his quest to expose Thomas’s sickness to the world…but he wasn’t exactly preaching to a receptive audience. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) advised her ex not to worry so much. She’s pretty sure her brother is A-okay so she can’t fathom Liam’s preempted response.
To quote an exasperated Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Quinn (Rena Sofer) “screwed up really, really, really, bad and stuff!” But it’s not all bad. She and Eric (John McCook) were able to agree on the facts that she is sometimes wholly misguided, that they are really good together, and that they still care about each other.
However, Eric still isn’t ready to forgive and forget. And he’s really miffed that Quinn forced Shauna (Denise Richards), AKA his martini buddy, off the estate’s grounds.
Speaking of Shauna, anybody else surprised at how quickly she acquiesced to Quinn’s decision? It sure seemed like we were heading for a delicious Quinn/Eric/Shauna love triangle, didn’t it?
And speaking of complicated love affairs, the Zende (Delon de Metz)/Zoe (Kiara Barnes)/Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor)/Paris (Diamond White) quad is fully formed and already complicated by Zoe’s engagement to Carter.
What are we to make of the fact that the Hope doll continues to move in the background even when Thomas isn’t engaged with it? Is there the possibility that the mannequin is actually sentient and capable of forward motion?
Where in the world are Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Bill (Don Diamont), and Katie (Heather Tom), and what exactly are they up to? The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
