The Bold and the Beautiful Poll Results: Will You Be Angry If Sally Dies?

Sally got some bad news this week on The Bold and the Beautiful. The flame-haired heroine has faced some tough challenges in recent times, but she’s definitely now facing her greatest hurdle yet!

As viewers saw, Sally received what appears to be a fatal diagnosis related to the recent medical symptoms she’s been feeling. Anything can happen in soaps – including our gal Sal going to that great soap in the sky! Will you be angry if that happens? Soap Hub posed this question to BB fans.

Mad As Heck

Um, yeah! Of course, the majority of you, almost 88%, said yes, you’ll be angry if Sally dies. Since her debut, Sally’s given BB a shot in the arm as a scrappy “have not,” someone who has to fight and scrape for everything she’s ever gotten.

Dumped by Thomas (twice) and dumped by Wyatt (twice!) and facing challenges at work in her role as a designer at Forrester Creations were all bad enough. But, now, Sally might not even be sticking around to find love and fulfillment in work!

Like A Phoenix

The rest of you, less than 12% of you, say you won’t be angry if Sally dies. This is probably because even BB is not immune to the cliché of bringing folks back from the dead. Taylor (Hunter Tylo) was shown in an open casket and she was resurrected! (The “corpse” was a dummy!)

Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) died on sister soap The Young and the Restless, but came back to life on BB. Felicia (Lesli Kay) was believed to have succumbed to her illness only it was later revealed that she was among the living. Macy (Bobbie Eakes) also did the Lazarus bit after she blew up in a tanker explosion only to die again. (Or did she?)
