Thomas has been getting away with all kinds of mischief on The Bold and the Beautiful lately. People have his number, but he’s still walking around town scot-free. Soap Hub asked BB fans what they think should happen next to the Forrester heir. Read on for the results.
Just under 55% of you feel that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) should go to jail. Lying and manipulating are moral infractions but not always legal crimes. But Thomas’s role in Emma (Nia Sioux) crashing her car and dying is something that he has yet to pay for doing.
If Thomas continues to get away with what he’s already done, he’s likely going to continue on his rampage. Who knows what could happen as long as this guy is walking the streets?
Almost 25% of you feel that Thomas should go back to New York where he’d been living and co-parenting Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) along with the late Caroline (Linsey Godfrey). He must have had friends and a life there.
If he were to return to New York, he could regroup, get back in touch with when he was less manipulative. Douglas could either go with his dad or stay in Los Angeles; if the latter occurs, then Thomas would have a reason to visit — often.
Everyone loves a redemption storyline. That’s why just over 20% of you voted for Thomas to go through a transition where he becomes a really good guy once more. We saw him have a breakthrough last summer when Douglas told his dad he remembered when he was a good guy and he knew he could be that way again.
Douglas isn’t wrong! We’ve seen characters bounce back from all kinds of darkness on soaps. Thomas could certainly be one of those people! The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
