The Bold and the Beautiful Poll Results: Should Rick and Maya Reunite?

Soaps are all about couples getting together but the trick is staying together. The Bold and the Beautiful has many star-crossed lovers and one pair is currently living in splitsville. Is it time they reunite?

Soap Hub asked BB fans if it’s time for Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick (Jacob Young) to get back together. Read on for the results.

Missing You

Nearly 60% of you say that yes, you want Rick and Maya to reunite. This doesn’t have to necessarily be a full reunion, but it sure would be nice to see the two characters interacting on-screen once more.

The couple split off-camera while they were abroad. Maya is back in Los Angeles and occasionally pops up at Forrester Creations, but Rick is off working at Forrester International, the company’s overseas division where most Forresters currently not on the canvas spend their time.

Since You’ve Been Gone

Nearly 40% of The Bold and the Beautiful fans voted that you’re okay with the way things are now. Being a half-hour soap, BB has always been a double-edged sword. At the end of a daily 30-minute installment, viewers are left wanting more!

But if the show ever did go to an hour, then there’d be plenty of time to put other characters in the forefront. Right now, BB has its hands full with its current tales. There will be time to revisit Maya and Rick, but just not right now.

Carter County

Maya’s single now, but she may not remain that way for long. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has always carried a torch for her and he’s actually living in Los Angeles. Is it time for these two to get together?
