The Bold and the Beautiful Poll Results: Should Liam and Hope Legally Marry?

Soaps are all about weddings — both ones that happen and ones that are called off. Recently, The Bold and the Beautiful reminded us that there are symbolic ceremonies, too, such as the one Douglas performed for Liam and Hope.

I Do, I Do

The majority of you, almost 78%, say that yes, Liam and Hope should legally wed. A little over a year ago, the newlyweds were expecting baby Beth and they were happy. Then, Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) and his gambling debts entered the picture.

Beth was kidnapped, Liam and Hope split, and lives were never the same until Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) came along and revealed the truth. The clock can’t be turned back, but Liam and Hope remarrying would right quite a few wrongs.

I Object!

The rest of you, just under 22%, say no, Liam and Hope should not tie the knot. Perhaps you feel they should take their time to process everything that’s happened to them over the past year. Some of you also feel perhaps that Liam is best paired with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Liam also has a daughter (Kelly) with Steffy, too! Liam was on his way to reuniting with Steffy mostly due to Thomas’s (Matthew Atkinson) machinations, but nobody put a gun to his head. Liam has feelings for Steffy that can’t be denied.
