The Bold and the Beautiful Poll Results: Does Brooke Need To Move On?

Sometimes it seems that Brooke is as obsessed as her daughter on The Bold and the Beautiful. When she gets her mind set on something or someone, it’s all she can think about.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Obsession

Hope (Annika Noelle) wanted Douglas, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wanted Hope to have Douglas, but Brooke has always wanted Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) — even when not with Ridge. She has spent more than half her life wanting Ridge, but somehow, it never seems to work out.

Unfortunately, it’s not working out once again. This time they are fighting about their children and it’s hard to tell who is right and who is wrong. There is definitely something wrong with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) that Ridge can’t see or doesn’t want to see (if he even survived that alleged vat of acid) but Ridge also can’t help but notice a beautiful woman and Shauna (Denise Alexander) is a beautiful woman.

With all of Ridge’s many transgressions over the years, is it time for Brooke to just cut her losses and move on? What The Bold and the Beautiful fans had to say.

Brooke: End It

Yes, please, Brooke, get out of that marriage, shout 80% of the audience. Brooke keeps setting herself up for heartache and angst by constantly marrying Ridge. He can’t stay faithful, they always argue, and there’s just no point in this anymore.

Brooke has a PhD in chemistry, for pity’s sake. She is not a stupid woman. She can do better than a man who treats her the way Ridge does.

Forever Bridge

On the other hand, 20% feel Ridge and Brooke are endgame, and it will all work itself out like it always has over these many decades. There’s a reason these two keep coming back to one another.
