Ever since her accident, Poor Steffy has been falling down the pill-popping rabbit hole on The Bold and the Beautiful. The last thing she needed though was to get a talking-to from Hope — of all people! Or was it?

After all, Hope (Annika Noelle) has a birdseye seat to how things are going with Steffy and her daughter Kelly. If anyone has a right to step in and say something, it’s the woman Kelly’s dad dumped her mother for, right? That’s how this works in Los Angeles? Hmm, maybe not. Soap Hub asked fans to weigh in. Step Off, Hope

Apparently 73% of you believe that Hope was completely in the wrong here. Even if she was right that Steffy could use some help, she’s not the right person to say anything to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) because she’s hardly a neutral presence in Steffy’s life. There’s way too much emotional baggage for her to be of any help.

After all, Steffy lost Liam (Scott Clifton) to her and Steffy had to find a way to put her life back together after that. She’ll do the same eventually now — but without Hope and her interference! It’s not fair — Hope needs to keep her nose out of things.

Steffy’s Last Hope

That means 27% think Hope not only had a right to stick her nose into Steffy’s life — she owed it to Kelly for Beth’s sake. She knows her daughter loved Steffy as her own mother for a time — and Kelly is her half-sister, after all. Hope is actually exactly right to do what she did. Who else would risk Steffy’s wrath? Liam? Oh please.
