Zende, RJ, and Luna were Hope’s hope for her successful fashion line, Hope for the Future. Team morale is shaky now that Luna finally told RJ the truth about her night with Zende. At the end of The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Tuesday, April 16 episode, RJ decked Zende at Forrester Creations. Where does the fight, as well as these volatile feelings, leave the future of Forrester?
Get Thomas Back to LA Now
Hope (Annika Noelle) might need to consider flying to Paris to beg Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) to return to LA and Hope for the Future. Because in one conversation, her new team is in shambles. Can the three young guns of Forrester Creation get their act together and salvage a working relationship? After the punch that ended the episode, we’re not sure. First, how will the relationship between RJ (Joshua Hoffman) and Luna (Lisa Yamada) proceed from here on out? Will RJ simply put all the blame on Zende (Delon de Metz) and maybe Poppy (Romy Park) and do what he can to support Luna? Or will he inwardly resent her even though she was under the influence at the time she slept with his cousin? During their confrontation, RJ ultimately seems to blame Zende and realizes Luna was drugged.
Second, how can RJ and Zende even stand in the same room after what happened? After all, RJ zeroed in on something we may have brought up after Monday’s episode. Luna thought she was sleeping with her boyfriend. Hallucinations and confusion are valid reactions to unknowingly taking Poppy’s happy pills.
But what was Zende’s excuse? He may not have realized something was up with Luna. What’s on him is the fact that he connected with a woman he knew was taken. Zende saw Luna’s face the entire time. His cousin won’t be able to write that off in any way or form.
As RJ said, Zende had designs on for a while. Remember that dinner he set up at Forrester? That alone gave away his feelings for his cousin’s girlfriend. So sleeping with Luna the night of Eric’s party was unacceptable to RJ.

Punching Cousins and Potential Consequences
Was RJ’s punch acceptable? Those actions tend to escalate things quickly, especially when unleashed on company property. Sure, Zende’s accepting blame, but it only feels like he’s doing it to spare Luna from any more pain.
On top of this all, how do you think the rest of the Forresters are going to react when they hear why the golden boy is so angry? Will Zende face any professional consequences because of this?
RJ will, most probably, have his entire family in his corner. While Zende felt like the guy on the outside looking in before, he might have to face the fact that he’s still going to be on the outside. As much as his Forrester family loves him, they play favorites. It’s a good thing Zende has Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor — find out why we think Carter needs more love and attention), and we haven’t always been able to say that.
