The Bold and the Beautiful Has Two New STUNNING Contenders For Luna’s Deadbeat Dad

The Bold and the Beautiful dropped a few new hints in the Luna’s dad sweepstakes on the January 30 episode. Gone are the brief few weeks when we all thought Dollar Bill Spencer had sired another one-night-stand child. Been there, done that, right? At least our two newest candidates are much more juicy.

Luna’s Daddy Candidate Number 1

When Finn (Tanner Novlan) walked into the Forrester Creations design office to find his cousin Luna (Lisa Yamada) chatting with his Aunt Poppy (Romy Park), he was shocked and pleased (read what Park had to say about Poppy and Luna here). He hadn’t seen her in years but he did know her very well. As Finn told it, Poppy lived with him and his parents when he was starting college, meaning she was in close proximity to Finn’s dad Jack (Ted King).

That would certainly explain Li’s (Naomi) passionate and irrational hate toward her younger sister. The excuse that she had an affair with a doctor that led to a setback in Li’s career was flimsy at best and not something that would elicit such a fraught family feud. We know Jack is no stranger to affairs considering that he fathered Finn during a fling with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), so it’s not out of the realm of possibility he slept with his wife’s sister.

But, what if Luna’s dad is someone much more shocking and consequential?

We also learned that while Poppy lived with Jack and Li, she was a great stress reliever for Finn. He had his head down in his books studying for exams and she would make him put them down and dance with her. They were clearly very close, but just how close?

While Poppy didn’t say much, her actions and reactions told us a lot. She nearly lost her mind at the idea of Luna having a paternity test done to see if she could find her dad. However, the ominous and creepy look she gave Finn from outside the design office door when he wasn’t looking sent chills down our spine.

What if Finn is really Luna’s dad and not just her cousin? That could rock the entire canvas. Li would have to reveal that her son (by adoption) is also her nephew. Sheila would become obsessed with a newfound granddaughter, Steffy (Jacquline MacInnes Wood) would have to deal with the fact that her husband has a grown daughter, and Liam (Scott Clifton) would clearly use this bombshell to cause a wedge between Steffy and Finn and move right in on his ex.

A “Finn Daddy” scenario would certainly add a new Bold and Beautiful twist to this plot that’s much more fascinating than Bill having yet another adult child out there that he never knew about.
