Starting today, Amanda Kloots is coming to Bold and the Beautiful — and she’s not alone. The Talk co-host revealed on a recent episode that both she and her son, Elvis, are coming to the show. But it’s quite possible that this won’t be the last we see of Elvis on our screens.

Amanda Kloots: Runs in the Family

“Elvis and I got to spend the day on The Bold and the Beautiful set, and I’ll be [honest], he was a natural,” Kloots says of her son acting alongside her on the half-hour soap opera. “I’m scared,” she half-jokes given that her boy may end up choosing a career that has ups and downs.

“We had such a good time, though,” adds Kloots, noting that she felt comfortable going to the B&B set as she saw so many familiar faces. “We’ve had a lot of the stars [from B&B] on our show…it was fun to be on their turf and to get into acting again.”

The camera cuts to some photos of Elvis on set, where the little boy looks right at home. “He has that ‘actor’ look, and he’s really making some notes, isn’t he?” says Talk co-host Akbar Gbajabiamila, who has appeared on B&B as Forrester Creations marketing exec Max. “He’s really making some notes, isn’t he?”

Co-host Jerry O’Connell (Stand By Me), a former child actor himself, playfully advised his colleague to make sure she gets some of that “child star” money should Elvis end up getting more roles. Co-host Natalie Morales (ex-Talia, Young and the Restless) suggested it be put in a college fund.

“[Elvis] does something different [on] every take,” the proud mom adds. “He’s like doing improv. He’s so good!” Kloots is an actress having appeared on Broadway in Follies and Bullets Over Broadway, but she says “I was learning from him…it was so fun.” Might we see more of Elvis on-screen? “As long as he’s enjoying himself,” Kloots says.

Based on photos shown on The Talk, don’t be surprised to see Kloots (who plays Lucy) and Elvis (who plays Danny) appear alongside Scott Clifton (Liam) and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) and their TV daughter, Sophia Paras McKinlay, who plays Kelly.
