Rena Sofer, The Bold And The Beautiful
Quinn’s recent back spasm – which resulted in getting some healing rubdowns from hunky Mateo on The Bold and the Beautiful – is fictional. Unfortunately, Quinn’s portrayer, Rena Sofer, suffered a real life injury while playing tennis.
Sofer posted a photo on Instagram that shows her right ankle being iced and elevated. The actress notes in the post that she’d been playing the “best tennis of my life” when the injury occurred.
No word yet on if the situation will be written into the show or if we’ll be seeing Quinn sitting behind lots of desks.
If she has to stay off her feet, it’s possible the show’s scribes will have to write in more massages for Quinn so Sofer can keep her injured foot off the ground!
