Katherine Kelly Lang plays the stylish Brooke on The Bold and the Beautiful. With the show set in the fashion world, Lang’s character is always dressed to the nines. However, the actress admits her style isn’t as glamorous as Brooke’s.
Casual Over Glamour
As the Forrester Creations CEO, Brooke’s wardrobe consists of the best Forrester fashion. Brooke is known for wearing business suits, evening gowns, and of course, her iconic lingerie. Miss Logan is famous for modeling her lingerie for photoshoots and for her on-again/off-again beau Ridge (Thorsten Kaye).
No matter what Brooke wears, she’s one of the best-dressed ladies on the show. While her character loves the glam, Lang prefers a different style. In an interview with the fashion magazine L’Officiel, the actress revealed what her personal style is like.
“My character on the show dresses a little different than me, but my personal style is mostly California casual bohemian chic. Jeans and a tee shirt,” Lang explained. “Although I do love a great formal event-diamonds and an evening gown with stilettos the next day. But most of the time you’ll find me without makeup out in nature. That said, I do love fashion and very soon I’ll be attending some major European fashion shows at fashion weeks to keep an eye on the latest styles and designs.”
Although it’s rare to see Brooke in casual clothing, she still makes a fashion statement with her outfit choices.
While it’s nice to see Brooke bringing style to the office, fans are eager for more Forrester fashion. Since the company has undergone a business and creative overhaul, their next fashion show should be interesting. Maybe Lang’s upcoming fashion show visits will give B&B some inspiration for Forrester Creations.
