The Shocking Twist Behind Carter and Hope’s Hookup on Bold and Beautiful

Hope and Carter became the talk of The Bold and the Beautiful. It appears that the two are going to hook up. However, this could all just be a front to distract the viewers.

On Monday’s October 7th episode of B&B, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) connected over their similarities. They’ve both been unlucky in love and have also been involved with emotionally unavailable people. 

Hope asked Carter about his relationship with Katie (Heather Tom). She wondered if they were “friends with benefits.” Carter assured her they were just friends, nothing more. Even though he’s dated around, he hasn’t found somebody special yet. 

Carter is aware that Hope kissed Finn. Word gets around at the Forrester Creations offices. Hope asked Carter if he thought negatively of her. Carter told her that he doesn’t because he’s been there himself. After lamenting over their failed relationships, the two kissed at the end of the episode.

Blast From the Past?

All things can quickly end as they start. “Thope” fans know it all too well. Speaking of which, Carter and Hope’s hookup might have a shocking twist involving a past blast. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) was rumored to return to the show sometime in the fall.

Thomas could walk in on Hope and Carter kissing at the FC offices. This could make him realize he’s still in love with Hope and wants to be with her. Paris (Diamond White) will suddenly be pushed out of his mind. B&B fans also noticed sparks between Paris and Carter still. 

This could also bring Maya (Karla Mosley) back into the fold. Since his split from Maya, Carter hasn’t successfully found love. He’s mostly focused on the highs of his career. Carter needs an old flame to help him realize the value of love and success.

This could bring a surprising twist into the fold. Carter and Hope could finally get the love that they’re looking for. But not from one another. They could be driven back into the arms of their exes, the ones who got away.
