Poppy and Sheila are the newest enemies on The Bold and the Beautiful. While the ladies aren’t afraid to get physical in their feud, offscreen, it’s fun and games for Romy Park and Kimberlin Brown.
’A Shining Example’
Poppy has made many enemies on B&B, but none more vicious than Sheila. Their feud started when Sheila learned that Finn (Tanner Novlan) was the father of Poppy’s daughter, Luna (Lisa Yamada). When Sheila confronted Poppy, things got tense and messy. The women engaged in a food fight in the middle of II Giardino.
While it was chaotic onscreen, it was fun offscreen, and it was fun for Park and Brown. On Park’s Instagram, the actress posted a behind-the-scenes video of the food fight.
In the video, Park and Brown are with B&B’s stunt coordinator, Mickey Cassidy, as they rehearse their scenes. Park praised her co-star for her work during their fight scenes.
”Working with Kimberlin is pure joy,” Park wrote. “Her professionalism shines through in every detail. She checked in with me constantly, making sure I was ok. When Kimberlin realized all the cake had gone straight into my mouth, she skillfully avoided my nose when she had to come at me again, knowing my breathing would be hindered if both nose and mouth were blocked.”
The actress continued giving credit to Brown for her professionalism. “She is a shining example of how actors should look after their scene partners. I couldn’t deliver my lines with all the cake in my mouth so I had to spit it out – twice! That definitely wasn’t planned 😂. P.S., the tiramisu was divine.”
Park and Brown will be working together more often, especially since Sheila is helping Li (Naomi Matsuda) keep Luna hidden. When Poppy discovers that Li and Sheila lied about Luna’s death, she’ll be furious.
Poppy and Sheila’s food fight might not be the last time the women get physical.
