Bold and the Beautiful Alum Krista Allen Shares Words of Comfort with Fans

In 2021, Krista Allen took over the role of Taylor on The Bold and the Beautiful and played it until her inexplicable exit in 2023, details of which she may reveal soon. While fans have remained bewildered and lobbied for her return, she’s kept in touch with them via social media posts. The actress recently gave fans some words of encouragement after the Los Angeles Wildfires.

Fans Played Along

On X, formerly Twitter, Allen wrote, “The world’s scary right now. That’s why I’m under the covers, eating a sleeve of Girl Scout cookies. It’s self-care.🤣. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. But please don’t lose hope—there’s room for love, empathy, and connection. If ur [sic] under the covers too, pass me a cookie.”

Fans were warmed by her humorous outlook, with one responding, “Hi Krista 🥰  Hope you’re doing well! I’m enjoying some fresh fruit 🍎 🍌 but I will kindly have a cookie 🍪!!” Allen replied with several heart emojis. Another follower had a great suggestion to add to her cookie fun, writing, “Might I suggest you add a quart of ice cream to go with that. It’s good under the cover eating.”

It’s Snack Time

One of Allen’s fans agreed that the world was scary so they, too, were eating cookies in bed, hilariously adding, “I don’t know if it’s helped anything but darn we got some awesome cookies!  Now I’m in bed with cookie crumbs all over 😂.” Allen had no choice but to reply, “Same!”

Another fan who wanted to join in the fun commented, “I gotta hunt some down, I forgot it was girls scout cookie time. 😊😋.” Allen was fully prepared for the request, and wrote, “Ohhhh I can help with that!!” adding a link for how to buy Girl Scout Cookies. The fan came back with, “Thanks, there is a bunch near me this weekend 😋.” Many shared what they were eating under the covers, from pizza to Pringles, and all were comforted by her words.
