Much like her The Bold and the Beautiful character, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood truly knows the meaning of the words “go big or go home.” She recently hosted a super-sized luncheon celebrating the ladies nominated for a 2024 Daytime Emmy.

Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Hosts Emmy Luncheon

Traditionally, the reigning Lead Actress in a Daytime Drama throws a luncheon for the current crop of leading actress nominees (Michelle Stafford gives the skinny on its history here). This year, however, the esteemed group also included the women in the Supporting Actress and Guest Performer categories.

MacInnes Wood shared highlights and details of the extravaganza on her Instagram Story. The afternoon involved the ladies lunching, sipping, and snapping photos at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

Plus, the multiple Daytime Emmy winner thanked the Television Academy and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for contributing goodies to the gift bag.

Joining the multiple Daytime Emmy-winner for fun, food, flowers, and, no doubt, fascinating conversations were lead actress nominees Finola Hughes (Anna, General Hospital), Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke, B&B), Annika Noelle (Hope, B&B), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis, The Young and the Restless), and Tamara Braun (Ava, Days of Our Lives).

The supporting actress hopefuls attending this annual party were nominees Allison Lanier (Summer, Y&R), Emily O’Brien (Theresa, DAYS), Jennifer Gareis (Donna, B&B), and Courtney Hope (Sally, Y&R). Finally, Alley Mills (Heather, GH) and Ashley Jones (Bridget, B&B) represented the Guest Performers category. (Check out what happened at last year’s luncheon)

Gratitude For a Great Afternoon

MacInnes Wood wasn’t the only one who spread love for the luncheon on Instagram. Y&R’s Courtney Hope (who reveals what led to her nomination here) shared her gratitude and thanks for being included in the festivities. “To be alongside these beautiful powerhouse women is an honor!” Hope posted. “What a wonderfully fun Emmy nominee brunch! 🥰 Thank you @jacquelinemwood_1 for including us all! 🥹🫶🏼”

MacInnes Wood and Katherine Kelly Lang’s characters are often at odds on B&B. At the lunch, however, the two shined bright in photos and only had gigantic smiles for each other. In her post, Lang wrote, “Daytime Emmy nominated actresses luncheon💕💕💕 Thank you @jacquelinemwood_1 for hosting such a beautiful lunch🥰 It was a special day celebrating with all these amazing women! #emmynominees #daytimeemmys2024

DAYS star Emily O’Brien posted to her Instagram, “Many thanks to @jacquelinemwood_1 for such a lovely afternoon! How wonderful it was to get to know all of you incredible women, I am so grateful… I can’t wait to celebrate with you all at the Emmys X.”

Meanwhile, B&B’s Ashley Jones gave her followers a great peek into the luncheon. She shared photos and videos of her fellow nominees, a killer view from the hotel, and tableside sneak peeks of the fun. She wrote, “Lovely day with these talented women. What show(s) are you watching? #emmynominees thank you @jacquelinemwood_1 for hosting the luncheon @jennifergareis for the glorious after party. @boldandbeautifulcbs @youngandrestlesscbs @dayspeacock @generalhospitalabc
