How Fans Really Feel About Bold and the Beautiful’s Shocking Bill and Luna Twist

On Friday, August 16, The Bold and the Beautiful unleashed a controversial plot twist involving Dollar Bill Spencer and Luna Nozawa. After the police arrested Poppy, Katie convinced Bill he needed to take another DNA test to prove — without a shadow of a doubt — that he was Luna’s father. Well, the latest results say he ISN’T Luna’s daughter. And how did the Forrester Creations intern respond? She kissed Bill and then proceeded to give a mysterious smirk that was more diabolical than her usual innocent expression.

In Monday’s episode, Bill (Don Diamont) had the same stunned look on his face. However, he did keep it together enough to tell Luna (Lisa Yamada) that he’ll protect her and that he’ll house her, but they won’t be doing that kissing thing again. Luna kissing Bill was such a wild, unexpected, and crazy moment that we had to check social media to see what the fans really thought about it. Once again, we sifted through X, Formerly Twitter, to gauge what people were thinking. And the thoughts, as expected, were varied.

First up, @GeneralStar489 figured out that they needed to see the moment and not just rely on their timeline. “Decided to watch #BoldandBeautiful on demand after seeing on my TL what happened and let’s just say Luna was Bold but not that Beautiful.” Yeah, the accompanying gif said it all. “One does not simply unsee that.” Facts.

Many B&B fans were on the same page. The Luna/Bill kiss reminded them of another, let’s say, creepy kiss from the past. According to well-known B&B fan Matt Hanvey, “Luna reacts to finding out $Bill isn’t her father by MAKING OUT WITH HIM?!?? She and Bridget could probably be great friends. #BoldandBeautiful.”

Some fans made the same snap conclusion we did. According to @FullTimeTweeter, “Luna gotta be the killer. She flipped that switch on and off too fast.”

There was a lot of speculating going around including @Kathalyn1 who said, “I’M CALLING IT RIGHT NOW. Luna will drug Dolla Bill Spencer and sleep with him #BoldandBeautiful”

Meanwhile, @noelleharmony quote tweeted a @gwe84432 post that recapped the Bill/Luna kiss and was appropriately stunned at what transpired. She said, “EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?!? Luna kissed Bill after finding out he’s not her father? My mouth is agape. #BoldandBeautiful is messy messy messy!”
