He broke the news to his new girlfriend that he got canned from Forrester Creations. But will their love be enough to survive?

On Tuesday’s episode, Carter (Saint Lawrence Victor) looked dejected as he returned to Hope’s (Annika Noelle) cabin. He explained how his conversation with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) went. Carter revealed that Ridge gave him an ultimatum. He had to choose between his relationship and his career.

Ultimately, he chose Hope. He refused to break things off with her. Ridge argued that Hope is a master manipulator. He’s still ticked off by how Hope treated his son, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). He believed that she tried to get in men’s heads so they could bend to her will.

Hope was shocked by Carter’s reveal. She didn’t want him to lose his job or his friendship. Carter’s friendship with Ridge goes all the way back, but his love for Hope runs even deeper. He can’t stop falling for her.
