Maybe Tom should have researched Sheila before officiating Sheila and Deacon’s wedding. That might be a lesson he’s about to learn the hard way. In the June 20 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, he gained more responsibilities at Il Giardino. But, he also may have gained a new enemy.
Watch Out, Tom!
Sheila’s considerable eavesdropping skills come in handy again. This time, she stumbles upon poor Tom (Clint Howard), who simply wants to work hard for his money. He’s super appreciative of all that Deacon’s done for him. And he’s already stepped up from delivering pizza.
He’s now working outside on the Il Giardino patio, the very spot where he married Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and Deacon (Sean Kanan). Unfortunately for Tom, he let Deacon know about his latest research project. He said he wanted to know as much as he could about Deacon and Sheila.
Interestingly, he didn’t say what he learned about the restaurant owner, which isn’t good either. Ultimately, he said he discovered a lot about Sheila, but none of it was good. In fact, he said the things he read about her past freaked him the hell out. Of course they did! (Guess who’s back on B&B starting Friday, June 21?)
For the umpteenth time, Deacon defended Sheila. To him, she was a changed woman. And that if she could go back to change those horrible things, she would. That was enough for Deacon, so it should be enough for Tom, right? At one point, Tom looked super spooked, and he asked the million-dollar question everyone should ask Deacon when they find out about him and Sheila: “You still married her?”
The look on Tom’s face when the conversation was over was classic. From here on out, Tom needs to watch his own back, front, and sides and look in any mirrors to ensure nobody is sneaking up behind him. Because Sheila overheard that entire conversation, and she won’t tolerate anybody being suspicious of her. (Check out what Sheila’s up to on B&B Friday)
First, she needs to focus on breaking up Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn and uniting Hope (Annika Noelle) and Finn. But she’s a fairly good multitasker, so Tom should sleep with one eye open for the foreseeable future.
