Here’s Why Bold and the Beautiful’s Hope Ended Up On Santa’s Naughty List

I hope Logan has been the name on everyone’s mouths lately. That’s not a good thing. She’s had an interesting year on The Bold and the Beautiful. Her long list of faults might have found her in trouble with Santa Claus. Here are some obvious reasons why she’s on the naughty list.

Turning Down Mr. Right

Despite their toxic and complicated history, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) seemed like the one true pairing. “Thope” fans were obsessed with seeing their relationship finally play out, which had been years in the making.

However, it all came crashing down when Hope turned down many of Thomas’s proposals. What gives? Thomas was everything that Hope wanted in a man. He was devoted to her and her only. Hope loved the way that Thomas loved her. She never experienced that in her life before.

But she didn’t feel the same way about him. She just liked the attention that he gave her. Ultimately, their relationship is no longer. And it doesn’t look like the show wants to revisit it. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) seemingly filled Thomas’ place. More on that later…

Chasing Married Men

Hope is the type of woman who wants what she can’t have. That’s why she was married to Liam (Scott Clifton). Some part of her enjoyed fighting over him with her archnemesis Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). So, it was no surprise when she had the hots for Finn (Tanner Novlan).

Hope realized that she was fantasizing about a taken man. But she didn’t let that stop her. She took it one step further when she let Finn massage her neck. She claimed she had migraines. (By the way, what happened to Hope’s migraines? Was it all a ruse to get Finn to touch her?)

Hope tries to be the bad girl, but she fails at it. She only embraces her inner baddie when she has liquid courage in her. She drunkenly kissed Finn, which ignited a new feud with Steffy.

The Coup

Now, Hope is getting the blame for Carter’s coup. He’s now the Manager of Forrester Creations. She filled his ear and told him that he deserved to take over the company. She blew up Carter’s head and told him that he was the one who could bring the company to a whole new level.

He reciprocated the favor. Carter’s been blowing up Hope’s head, and it shows. He promised her that he would bring back Hope for the Future. He believed the line was what the luxury world needed.

Carter and Hope are acting overly confident after this coup attempt. Santa doesn’t like big egos. Just for that alone, Hope will get more coal in her stocking. Hopefully, she’ll do some self-reflection in the new year before she takes things too far.
